Testing the curry tree indoors in prep for the cold season. This is one fragrant curry tree, even Bonnie thinks so.

How is the curry tree doing indoors? I have one also, thinking about bringing inside if you have had success...
@succulent_lover doing just fine! It lived indoors when I first bought it as a seedling, and now that I've brought it in, it's just gone dormant but no damage, so that's good for winter!

It's amazing how this fella has grown. See where the split happens? That's where the tree was just this last Spring. What a star!

6 weeks ago my curry leaf tree came up to the handrail. Looks how fast it's grown! At this rate, I might have to confine it indoors next year or keep cutting it back to size lol... #curryleaf
Keep pruning, regardless of location.
Eat lots of curry. That’ll keep it bushy.

Early summer update: See that stick? Just a few months ago, my curry leaf tree was about that height. Spring came and it burst into life and hasn't stopped since!

I'm very proud of this little curry leaf plant. It was only a third of the size when I bought it from the nursery nearby. All the leaves browned and fell off during winter '16, and I thought it was well and dead. But when Spring came, so did new layers of leaves. Now it stands strong and tall outside despite the harsh Melbourne winds. Will bring it in before this winter and prune it back before the end of winter. Hope it grows into a nice healthy tree! #curryleaf
