Early summer update: Pandan has started to show a bit of growth. It had turned yellow and didn't grow at all over winter and Spring, but it's finally starting to look a better shade of dark green, and is thickening up. I peeled off two outer leaves to cook some split mung bean soup and the smell of fresh pandan leaves was just heavenly!
