This guy has been through a lot. After digging him out of an overgrown garden, he got infested with some kind of spiders, so I had to take him out of his pot, wash him down completely, and he split into two peices during that ordeal. Ever since then he's been a bit funky, kinda droopy. I'm praying he makes it - I've had him over 10 years. The leaves look better since the washing, they were a splotchy yellow now they're completely dark green, hoping that's a good sign.

That pot is impossible to move after watering this guy. He and a few of my other plants - the palm, money tree, snake plant, heliconia and ferns all love their weekly shower, and other plants get to share the room to get to the humidity (my Alocasia varieties, rex begonia and nerve plant especially love it). I ended up just letting him sit in the bathroom overnight in the tub and I still had to pull him through the house back to his spot on a dang sheet LOL!
