Thanks a ton @KelsiBriana The leaves are not soft and mushy but more closer towards being shrivelled up. They are almost like deflated balloons. The funny thing is, this is happening one leaf at a time. Just two days ago 2 more leaves had become like this and dried but since they were the bottom leaves I didnt bother that much.

@KelsiBriana can it be because of too much heat? We have had a heat wave here for the past week. Currently, it is in a coco peat, perlite and soil mix and gets full sun in the afternoons. Also have been watering only when the soil is dry.
