I have tried fertilising my hydrangeas with nearly everything but a thin yellow strip around the edges persists. It is early autumn here on the Gold Coast, Australia and I intend to prune them in a month or so as it is a sub-tropical area and the bushes are still flowering well. I have tried to grow hydrangeas for 40 years and have finally succeeded but would love to overcome this problem. Help please?

Has the front of the leaf got any more extensive yellowing ?

It can be overwatering or ph level too high. Yates guide says above 6. http://www.yates.com.au/garden-expert/answers/growing-vegetables-herbs/11393-yellow-leaves-on-hydrangeas
