This rose looks very different to last year. Almost like Munstead Wood. Very velvety and warm, but doesn't really show in this picture. Put loads of compost from wormery around it in spring. #rose #purepoetry

Can't wait for this to open. Has a great aroma. Picks up the color of Clematis Rouge Cardinal really well too, that's growing behind it.
