Echeveria Raindrops

@veepaisal This is what it looks like now since I took all the yellowing softening leaves off. When I got it or was so huge....but not in the greatest shape. Do you think I should ask for a refund or another plant? I'll also post a original pic before I took any leaves off at all and show how big it was...it was even bigger than in the other pic.

I wouldn’t be happy about the condition of the plant and would require a refund. I am also concerned about the colour of the crown in this plant. It’s not looking healthy to me. Same seller as the other one?

Contact them and have a friendly chat letting know your concerns and offer to send photos. I would make a collage of the sale picture vs what you received. Request to be sent the plant as advertised.

Oh that's looking much better. Where did you get it. I got a E.Crystal rose from surreal succulents & it started to rot in the middle so I sent a photo to them & they immediately replaced & sent a E.crystal tower which is so new it wasn't on their site yet. I was very happy 😊

I got it from #rubyplants-online they normal have great plants...but these sat in the cold for s few I think. The heat pack wad cold when I got it...normally it's still a little warm. I sent them a nice email and talked to Leah and they are replacing my plants. I'm so happy. I ordered different ones instead of succulent right now cause if the cold. The echeverias don't do too good. @angiecrazycatlady @veepaisal

Yes i know...i just got it @veepaisal and it came like this. I'm trying to revive it. I'll uptake a pic of what it looks like now....i took off the yellowing softening leaves....it looks little now...but healthier.

The mail lady left it out in The cold too. It took so long to get my purchase too @KelsiBriana
