The southern-most species Sarracenia minor, Sarracenia alata, Sarracenia leucophylla, Sarracenia psittacina, and Sarracenia rubra are winter hardy to Zone 6 with many into Zone 5. Which means they will do just fine in my zone 8b area. while the northern Sarracenia purpurea ssp. purpurea can be grown into Zone 3. @ShelleySnyder
