Help me identify this plant
Hello Pushkraj 👋 Thank you for posting what we hope will be the first of many photos. 👏

Thanks also for asking us to help identify your plant #PlantID. Fellow GT'ers are you able to help Pushkraj? @PlantDoctor @David @barbaramatthews @justin @richard.spicer.7906 @thedanielrichards @Garyg @linfoster @joanboston @gardening_greek @tiggrx @kathy
It looks like Santolina. A grey aromatic small shrub.
Can u send a closer picture?
Makes sense that it's Santolina because I originally bought it as a type of lavender (and Santolina also goes by the name of French lavender).
@m.rithik.nair a closer snap of the Santolina as you asked. This was taken in January and I've recently pruned it back and I have new growth
Nice plant.right?
Very - it suffered some unintentional abuse for a while because I didn't know about the care of an unidentified plant. But it has new growth again so here's hoping
How's it doing now? #santolina #foliage
I planted it out and have since moved (in June) @brightcolours
Like lavender and rosemary, it grows readily from #cuttings 😊
@brightcolours true! I layered my English lavender last week - can't wait to have a new plant :) cuttings are difficult to propagate in India, given the climate :/ the English lavender is grown from seed and I had to go to great lengths to salvage it!
