Christine, @midnightgardener It's the first year I try to get strawberries. Last year I tried with seed, but didn't have luck. This year I have bought the plant😋

@peerrlee Yes it's good to have backup. I'm growing tomatoes and got lots of plants now they're doing pretty well. But one of my last visits to the garden centre I got a plum tomato plant just in case. That plant is a strong one. Just waiting to plant it in the ground when it's safe. I was given some strawberry plants last year and they look like they might fruit this year. I hope so ♥️♥️
