I tested a spray made with garlic powder, very hot chili powder and water, let it marinate a few hours and spray on the flower. It worked on my roses, it stinks garlic and if you try to eat it, you get your mouth on 🔥. The Oxythyrea funesta didn't come again! Of course filter the liquid before spraying 🙂
