I agree with Lauren also. It's the variety of Othonna Capensis called Little Pickles. Not to be confused with Ruby Necklace.
Looks like a variety of Carpobrotus. Common name, 'Coastal Pigface' Aus native; or a variety of Lampranthus. Common name: "Ice Plant'.
