Please help me identify this plant. Are they the same species/plant. They seem to be two separate plants in the pot. I don't want to disturb them until they have finished flowering. It is the first time I have seen the one on the left flowering.
They are both Moth Orchids (Phalaenopsis).

Definitely different varieties. Sorry I don't happen to know what they're called.
