this sucker is eating all the plant they came with the seeds when we bought them. 😔 i hope they don't spread all over the garden
Is it really a dinner vegetable @racha ? If it is you can make a giant spinach pie and teach it a valuable lesson about respecting the personal space of other plants
@emch yes we don't cook it as a pie but as a main dish cook it as green leafs with tomatoes and chicken or we grind it and cook it the same way. Also u can dry the leafs and grind it to powder and cook it with meat but it takes long time to cook this way we call it Mulukhiyah. it's really tasty and cook for the stomch
That's great -- as long as it's growing so well you should feel free to start harvesting. Drying it should be pretty quick in a heatwave @racha
