Hi Kath, this looks like a Penstemon to me. The variety could be 'Etna' - i had one pretty much exactly the same in my old garden - pinky red tubular flowers with deep pink streaked white throats. But there are some other varieties with very similar colours - always difficult to tell exactly from a photo. You could also look at King George or Juicy Grape for comparison - hope that helps! 😀
