Lobularia maritima syn. Alyssum maritimum

Morning everyone! I was under the impression that #sweetalyssum were annuals but all mine grown from seed last year have survived winter and have begun flowering again, strange....

@rbetts25 Mine survived too. My garden is sheltered and has its own microclimate. I don’t have to dig up dahlias either as they don’t get affected. I’ve got lobelia that’s still alive too lolz 😂

That’s really lucky! I wouldn’t say mine was sheltered but I guess being under all the snow kept them insulated 😂 @pixierose
