That’s because it still is struggling. It almost died, and I have small pieces I’ve been rooting just to get it going. The other day, after two days of heavy rain, a sweet bee rested on my calico kitten. I hope it was okay and just resting. #wildlife #bee #insect #pollinator

Also, in my experience, this same plant changes color very quickly depending on the amount of sun. I have this in several areas (all cuttings from the same plant, just not variegated) and some are full red and some are all green and some in between.
