3/08/19 the top left is proof that even after being completely annihilated by caterpillars your plant will return! #passifloracaerulea #newgrowth coming in strong! Also, I still don’t know what type of #passionflower I potted my caerulea with, but it looks like it’s trying to make flowers. I went to snap a picture (bottom left) and saw a #gulffritillarycaterpillar !! They all went away when I moved this plant to the front yard, so I’m happy to see it return! #passionflowervine

2/17/19 okay so big guy in the back was on clearance at Lowe’s and since my gulf fritillaries have decimated my original #passifloracaerulea I figured I needed to get them more to munch on. I HIGHLY underestimated how small the new pot I was putting both plants in was.... but I managed to shove the first plant in the front (you can see what’s left, the twigs, at the front of the pot). I don’t think the new one is the same type, but that’s ok. #passionflower #passionvine #passionflowervine

01/09/19 #gulffritillarycaterpillar have decimated this plant (not worried, there’s already #newgrowth ), and I have found one large (middle top) and several small ones, but have seen no other sign! I have vines! Unfortunately I gave myself heat stroke while trying to do some landscaping at my moms. It was all due to me not hydrating properly this past weekend.
