Fuchsiaberry. Photographed yesterday, 11 Sept 2017, at Reedie Cottage Gardens, East Scotland. First time I've tried Fuchsiaberry plants. They came as small plugs from Thompson & Morgan. I didn't know you could eat fuchsia flowers, but they can be bitter. However, these flowers, and the berries are supposed to be delicious. Lots of flowers & berries on my plants, so waiting for berries to get bigger before trying them. Lovely flowers tho!!! #fuchsiaberry #edibleflowers #reediecottagegarden

Fuchsiaberry. Photographed today, 8 November 2017, at Reedie Cottage Gardens, East Scotland. Another surprise when I walked in to greenhouse today. Could believe the number of new flowers on the one Fuchsiaberry plant!!! The black berries are plumping up nicely. Have had loads so far, and they taste so sweet!
