Polemonium caeruleum. Photographed, 25 May 2017, at Reedie Cottage Gardens, East Scotland. The blue of Polemonium (Jacob's Ladder), is such an intense blue, coupled with bright orange/yellow stamen. Flowering on tall spikes, this adds height along with vibrant blue. The dawn light has made the flowers look even more blue. Even after heavy rain earlier, these flowers still look great.
