This is a Jade plant. It's a succulent. Genus is crassula.

Thank you! I wondered about that but the leaves are so much larger than my other Jade plants. I didn't realize how many varieties there were. @chazchang

@chazchang I think it's C. Streyi. If so it's a shade lover. No wonder it never looks happy! Oops. Glad I asked 😉

Oh, darn. It looked so much like some sort of Jade. Totally a C. Streyi. The pigment is a protectant.

Well, you were right about crassula and got me to the right place! Ha... Still much appreciated @chazchang I guess I should move it out of my sun lovers "garden"
