@hobnob Great stuff - give it plenty of space and only prune (to tidy) after flowering. It will make a a really good plant in a couple of years and if you leave unpruned will give you some flowers next June. Plant with the graft about an inch below the soil level and you will get plenty of strong basal shoots x

@angiewilson - this one I inherited 11 years ago and it was quite well established then. Funnily enough, I wouldn't of grown it out of choice being an old rose snob but now I'm glad I gave it the benefit of the doubt. It's a strong and reliable grower though so it should make a fine specimen in about 3-4 years :)
