Acis autumnalis 'September Snow'

15/09/19 - I’ve been trying out new unfamiliar bulbs, and I bought three teeny little bulbs of this Acis autumnalis cultivar at RHS Hyde Hall earlier in the summer. I only planted them three weeks ago - the wkd I went on holiday - and I’ve had all three flower and finish so quickly 😲😳 they are small, best for a rock garden or pot display otherwise they’d get lost in the garden. But despite being tiny, the 1cm flowers are pretty. White with a slight rose colour where it joins the flower stem.
