I've never bothered with Allium much apart from a few Chives but I now have a shed load of bulbs pre-ordered just because of your photos popping up in the discover feed! You're costing me a small fortune 😜

Morning Mike 👋🏼 yes, they are starting to look just as I'd hoped. They are about half open right now so will be interesting to see what they look like in a few days. First time I've tried these ones, I like the fact they are more open than most other alliums, and as you say the colour is a little metallic too 😁@mikethegardener

One of the new Alliums joining my garden. Christophii is not a particularly tall variety but it has large structural blooms which are very pretty - even after it has finished flowering. 🤓

@richard.spicer.7906 Good choice 👏🏼👍 I planted these #alliums # Christophii same time last year for the first time. I was rather impressed for the length of time they flowered. It's a plus if you like cut flowers. I'll try and find a snap I had taken during early spring!
