I thought I had identified what this Lords and Ladies (Arum) species was, which I picked up at my garden club plant sale, but then it came through with a different patterned leaf to what i was expecting. I thought I had the Italian one, but now not sure. The leaf in the middle has got purple brown spots on it rather than white markings - two different types in the same pot maybe? 🤔🤷🏼‍♂️ #foliagefriday

These are so beautiful! I think the one with the dark spots might be Arum maculatum? 🙂

Ah lovely - thanks Joan! That’s what I thought I had. Still confused by the middle leaf, maybe I have got two types. I shall ask the lady that sold me it to see if she has two types in her garden @joanboston
