They are great looking plants - might need them to bulk up a bit but should get a few nice blooms this year @fuschia @kathy

It's that special time of the evening that I like to call 'plant diary' time 😂. Only a handful left now - this is the second Camassia that I've introduced to the garden and one I've had before. They naturally grow in damp meadow areas, and have lovely blue flowers in late spring 🤓

There is a huge clump of these in my garden planted by the previous owners. I spent the first Spring here wondering what on earth this big clump of leaves was going to be. I've since planted more in the grass in my pear orchard where I hope it will naturalise.

I saw an impressive display of Camassia earlier in the year at RHS Wisley, they do look great naturalised in the lawn. They should look perfect in your orchard 😀 @tiggrx
