31/08/19 - an entire bank on a coastal hill of a succulent type plant which I think is Carpobrotus edulis- none of it was flowering but it covered a large area! #carpobrotus #carpobrotusedulis #carpobrotus-edulis #hottentotfig #holidayfind #greece ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ท #notmygarden

Oh thatโ€™s a shame Lin - I wonder how it would do in the U.K.? I heard about a similar plant (May even be the same) that is quite invasive on the south coast which they have to regularly remove large chunks of now to control it. @linfoster

@linfoster Was curious and just checked google under Cornwall invasive coastal plants - it is this one! ๐Ÿ™ˆ seems to do very well in the U.K. ๐Ÿ˜ฒ probably was a good thing then that your bit didnโ€™t survive as they are trying to clear large areas of it in Cornwall and south coast - http://www.nonnativespecies.org/factsheet/factsheet.cfm?speciesId=669
