Echeveria Runyonii var. Topsy Turvy

Cataloguing - leaf cuttings from Holland a few weeks on. Echeveria runyonii ‘Topsy Turvy’ - seems a lot going on here considering it was just one leaf 🤔 (which already shrivelled and died). Is there more than one rosette going to form do you think or is this what some of you call crested? #echeveria #echeveria-runyonii #echeveriarunyonii #echeveriarunyoniitopsyturvy #succulent-propagation

I think it is a combination of both! @kelsibriana - crested or 3 pups from 1 leaf?
