Is this a Celandine? It's appeared in one of my borders 🤔

Looks like it! I scarified & seeded/over seeded a new lawn in early autumn and did first skim this week. Covered seed in top quality compost & it self seeded in lawn!

It's pretty but a pain to get rid of

It's a nuisance in our garden. In the new lawn and borders. Forever digging it out!

Hi, yes its a celadine you could spend ages weeding them out but they will likely reappear again next spring
