20/05/2019 - cataloguing, potted up 2nd May. They weren’t planted like this, just while taking photo, but I’ve pushed them vertically into the compost mix. Hoping they like the hot humid polytunnel conditions 👍🏼 never grown them before so experimenting #gloriosa #gloriosasuperba #gloriosa-superba #gloriosasuperbarothschildiana

Doh 🙈🤦🏼‍♂️ I thought I read that I only need to plant them horizontally if I couldn’t tell which end the shoots emerge from. Oh well, it’s not too late though I can still move them, thanks for letting me know Julie 😊👍🏼 @vec

I've had no luck so far with this one again although last years sparkling stripe gloriosa is up and running already with no problems, both started off in the heated greenhouse at the same time. Can't work out why 🙄

Hi Richard, I've planted mine now, althought nothing has happened since I planted early March. I am growing them indoors as I thought it would be a substitute for the greenhouse. Any ideas on what I've done wrong?
