Evening all 👨🏼‍🌾 - feels like it's going to be pretty frosty in my area tonight. This pic is from the weekend of my #frost covered #leucothoe . Coincidently, I've just noticed the last time I posted a photo of this plant was almost a year ago, when it was also frosty then 😂 (note to self... must pay more attention to this plant in other seasons....)

I've never paid much notice to this shrub, but I'm now starting to give it some respect. Autumn colours coming through.

I need help identifying this plant

I don't think so. Pieris flowers tend to form in clumps of hanging down bells unless this is some variety I've never seen before. Unfortunately I don't know what it is though 😐

Oh well. I'll keep looking in some books. Maybe in a couple of weeks those red shoots will have grown a bit more to give us a clue.

Mystery solved. Saw the same thing at the garden centre. Just hope the variety is the same.
