@sassafras hi there, I haven’t noticed it self seed yet, but I seem to struggle keeping it alive for more than one season. I think I’ve lost it again this winter.

Yes larger than usual lychnis flowers. Looking forward to seeing the pictures of the blooms.

Very pleased that today has finally arrived as taking some short time off from work, having done pretty much six months straight without a decent break! Aw, thanks Keely 😊 - last few months have been crazy, and so looking forward to this. It would have been nice to go away but decided to split break in two - off now at home for 2 weeks, then off to Mexico before Xmas 😀 - hope you haven't got to wait too much longer for your break holidays, esp if since Feb! 😳 - are you doing anything nice?

Hi @angiecrazycatlady 😊 👋🏼 - it's lovely isn't it? I bought one originally in spring and i lost it, I think due to too dry conditions. Saw it again about a month ago in a garden centre near me and snatched it up. I'll plant it in a better spot this time round!

I wonder if it will self seed like the pink Lychnis, then you will have loads the pink one pops up everywhere in my garden. I will look out for one next year 😊
