Maianthemum bifolium subsp. kamtschaticum

I had this last year and picked it up at a garden club talk from the folk at Swines Meadow Nursery - it’s a May Lily, or also known as False Lily Of the Valley. It didn’t flower last year but it’s been outside all winter and repotted and keeping fingers crossed it will this year 🤞🏼🤞🏼
