Persicaria bistorta 'Superba' syn. Polygonum bistorta 'Superbum'

This #persicaria hasn't flowered properly now for a few years, but I'm feeling more positive about it this year. I had it in the wrong spot before, but now it's in a moist damp area in partial shade. It's the best it's looked for a long time #persicaria-bistorta #persicarabistortasuperba

Hmm. I didn't think i would see it flower this year as i moved it. This is the only flower and it looks more white than pink 😐

It might pink up when open?! 😳

Hope so, not sure it has the same effect at the moment, although I'm sure if there were more flowers that would help 😆
