Rhododendron 'Scarlet Wonder'

This dwarf rhododendron has been in the garden ever since I moved in about 9 years ago. It has survived a digger truck mowing over it when I was having some building work done, and it's only just about recovered - still not many flowers but it's the best I've ever seen it 😀👍🏼

Morning @richard.spicer.7906 I love Azaleas but spent two years not realising they need acid compost! Still haven't done Easter Egg shopping. Oh dear!!

Morning @lyndag - coincidently I've never tested my soil but I inherited 3 from the previous house owner and they seem to grow well. I probably should give them a mulch of ericaceous compost soon too. Good luck with the Easter egg shopping, loads still around although my fav always goes quickly - Cadburys buttons 😀

Buds are starting to swell now, but hope they stay in just for a little while longer till Spring. ✋🏼⛔️

Totally... Everything in my garden is coming to life including tree peonies, Montbretia as well as camellias look set to burst and I'm worried that in a couple of weeks it'll suddenly get cold and Spring will be a disaster. The roses are also throwing up new shoots. Everything has gone mental this year 😏🚫🚫🚫

Our rhododendrons and azaleas are in the same state as well

We've got lots growing hope they survive 🤔
