Really had to look hard for these berries, I’ve been trying to remove this shrub bit by bit as it suckered all over the back half of the garden. Found a couple of bits with the #berries #snowberry #symphoricarpos #symphoricarposalbus #symphoricarpos-albus

Geez, send 'em my way! I would love a few snowberries in the yard.

Lol! It’s lovely to see them but I need to get better control of this one. Thinking of moving a clump to a pot to keep it contained. It literally pops up in new parts of the garden when I’m not looking 🤭🙈 @emch

I go through phases with this shrub, as it spreads like mad and more often than not I am pulling it up via its underground spreading roots. But at this time of year it's nice to sit back and enjoy all the unusual white berries #autumn #berries #symphoricarpos #symphoricarpos-albus #symphoricarposalbus #snowberry

They are very pretty...but it used to drive me mad in my old garden, like you say it spreads all over the place! 😁

Well, at this rather bleak time of year in my garden I agree that would offer something pretty to look at-maybe just a mini-version though 😂 I'm hoping my Hellebores hurry up so I have something to enjoy!

Oh I've always loved these! The local council planted them along a walk I take to the shops! Never knew what it was called though!

Whats a snowberry ?😐

@elflin , well it's not an edible berry for sure! They are not even eaten by wildlife. But the flowers are good nectar source for bees. Maintaining can be a problem for me as often i have to remove large amounts of it at a time as fairly quick grower. 😒
