05/05/19 - I’ve had these for three years now but I don’t seem to have ever posted a pic - if you want reliable tulips that come back every year (and multiply) you can’t go much wrong with Darwin hybrids and species tulips. These Lady Tulips look amazing both on the inside and the outside (they have a reddish pink band on the outside of each tepal) and when the sun is out you get a good display like this ⬆️ #tulip #tulips #tulipa-clusiana #tulipaclusianapeppermintstick

That's good to know they come back. 👍 I have tulipa tarda and another botanical variety this year so would be pleased if they flowered again in the future. 😍😍

The main downside with tarda ones is that they only seem to open the buds when it's sunny and so I've yet to see the flowerbuds to open 😅
