In 22/Mar/2020, the flower finally opened around 3pm. Like last year, it opens mid afternoon.

This year in 21/Mar/2020, one of the twins started flowering earlier than the other. Last year, they bloomed together.

One died due to the heat wave, not overwatering. Learnt that lithop cannot cool itself down... Move to part shade BEFORE HEAT WAVE. It can be cooked!
