Help me identify which kind of rose plant is this. Also pls tell me why the new buds seem to turn yellow

Ur rose buds r turning yellow either bcz of over watering or less watering or may be it is not getting enough sunlight or excess. It could b bcz of using over fertilizer too. So just observe it keeping in mind those above mentioned factors. No one could ever tell d exact problem of our plants other than ourself.. Best of luck.

Thanks shruti. I will keep a check. I water the roses every alternate days and it is kept on western side window so it receives late afternoon sunlight. Should i change its place ?

only water when dry down 1" or pot is light then water thoroughly with warm water allowing excess to drain. fertilize according to directions. @Ritu
