Help me identify this plant/shrub... Plant Net App thinks its Oleander but its survived minus 6C temp, so unlikely! Help?

Hello my first thoughts were a type of euphorbia too but I can see where it why they said oleander, you'll be able to tell when the flowers come out properly

Thanks guys, actually I think the flowers are out properly! They are tiny tho, I've just added a closer up photo.... Euphorbia it may be (hello any Euphorbia experts).. this is the first time it's flowered in 4 years.... If that's any help... Tnx
