I wish I could. This picture was taken by my husband who was in the bahamas. He travels and sends me photos of the local flowers. Lol he is not a photographer. I like to collect different plants from around the world.
Maybe in the future he can ask someone for help to take the photo if he is having trouble. It is nearly impossible to ID a plant that blurry. People can still look but don't get your hopes up. Sorry. 😞 Also another tip add #plantid to your post when you need help with an ID. We all help each other with our knowledge so users that recognize plants needing IDs is how the site operates. Thanks and again sorry.
I have that plant and we call it red button ginger. I did a quick Google search and it confirmed the name. http://www.jaycjayc.com/costus-woodsonii-red-button-ginger/
Help me identify this plant
Can you take a better picture?

Ty Shelly. My husband took the photo while in the Bahamas that is why it is so blurry lol. It is on my wish list.
Yes. Ty for the link. I did confirm it with my photographer (husband) that is the plant he took a picture of minus the blur lol.
