Thanks @kathy, I have one that's supposed to be something like 0.9m but in 'real life' it's grown to 1.7m and counting

I've just looked again and it says 3m so can't wait to see how tall yours get @gardengimp

0.3m @kathy? Will keep you posted anyway. Hope it attracts some butterflies, not seen a single one this year :(

0.3m = 30cm = 1ft approx...app won't allow cm so have to put in by metres. Three meters would be 3m or 3.0m

@gardengimp Bees certainly like agastache but love the ones with bigger flowers than this cultivar. Not sure about butterflies.

Cheers @robbiec, 3.0m would have been some monster plant. So yours has more or less kept to the stated height. I think the 'nursery' I bought mine from tend to just bung in any old labels in the pot to make a sale, I'm beginning to realise.

@gardengimp I feel sure that many places may be deliberately vague with regard to plant sizes... main reason being that they can never be exact. Plant sizes are only ever approximations based on the plant being grown in its ideal location, with ideal weather conditions etc. there are just too many variables for them to be 100%. use sizes as guidance only. A 100cm shelf is never going to change size on its own. living organisms are a little harder to pin down. #advice

It must be my secret recipe compost, it's waaaaaaay out of its size guidance. Beards, nail clippings and urine. You heard it here first! Lol! I'm doing something right, I'll make an entry in the diary....
