I think this may be a really etoliated or stretched jelly beans sedum .Is it inside ?
At the moment yes. But it was outside undercover where I bought it.

It's stretching in hopes of getting more sunlight. The condition it is in now I would chop it up to propagate. This is Sedum rubrotinctum
