Rosa 'Tan96138' syn. Rosa 'Twice In A Blue Moon'

I had planted lots of Blue Moon roses for my daughter's wedding reception. A few years on and they have all gradually died, but this one plant of "Twice in a Blue Moon" is still going strong! It really is an improvement on the old Blue Moon. Btw, my daughter chose it because it reminds her of my father, her grandfather, who had Blue Moon in his garden when she was a little girl.
