Apparently sea parsley or sea celery’s botanical name is Apium prostratum and it’s an annual. I couldn’t find any reference to a #variegated variety though? @kathyb
Roslyn is that in a pond? I thought that might be a water dragon. I have this one you might like to look it up and see if is the same as mine is Rainbow parsley 'Pink Flamingo' Oenanthe javanica. http://www.ozwatergardens.com.au/oenanthe-javanica-pink-flamingo
Thanks @brightcolours @errolly it is beside the fishpond growing like a weed and it will grow in water as well. Sometimes it gets a really bright pink.
Looks like aethionema cordifolium (Lebanese cress). I have it on my profile. Tastes like carrots. I grow mine in a pot but it can be a pond/bog place to too. If it is, it's native to Syria/Turkey region.
Although u know what? Looking at Oenanthe javanica the plant I bought might have been mislabeled cause the carrot-flavoured description sounds pretty right!!
Help me identify this plant. It's an Australian native bush tucker food. Commonly called sea parsley. #plantid #bushtucker @brightcolours @Muzz67

Looks more like an #Oenanathe than an Apium to me. @errolly @rosegardengirl
