Hi Roy 😀, looking at the leaves and flowers, i would say you have a variegated Weigela there. There is a couple that maybe near the exact variety - there is one called Weigela florida "French Lace". The variegation is more dark green/lime green rather than the traditional green/white variegated variety. I've tagged it for now as a Weigela to get you going, but if you think it is French Lace give us a shout and we can help you amend the specific tag. Hope that helps! 😁
