@ayeshamiamia you obviously know your cactus/succulents, maybe you can help me to get this one to flower. It developed a few buds a while back but they fell off and didn't open?
hi @Ru8y 😊 no, im no expert but from what i know, your plant might be needing additional nutrients. also, flowering plants of all kinds do need more sunlight. maybe putting them in an area that gets lots of sun each day would help. also, sufficient water -- full water every 4days for cacti/succulents -- would help very much. preferring organic fertilizer may also be good since it does not really create any high toxicity as compared to commercially-made ones. 😊
Thank you very much! I will definitely move it to a sunnier location but I'm already watering and feeding it. I did some reading and apparently this cacti needs to go through a similar process as a poinsettia...late fall plant needs 12 hrs of dark per day 😊 @ayeshamiamia @gjones
