Welcome to Gtags. It appears to be in a smallish sized pot, although that could be the angle. Quite possible that it is either rootbound or needing a freshen up of some new soil. As we water, we eventually wash the nutrients out of the soil. Enjoy your gardening journey and this phenomenal app.

I believe it's a dragon plant. It seems to be dying! Any tips anyone?

I agree it could use a bigger pot. Also is it being over watered? Let it dry out before watering
