Wow that's amazing
Looks great. A nice pomegranate juice on ice sounds good right now. 👍
It’s getting there 😍
So beautiful! I think all my blossoms fell off. It is still a new tree for me, so I hope to follow your lead maybe next year.💗
Wow! These are also looking really promising 👍
Thank you Aly ❤️ every year I get excited about them and they never disappoint 😁😋 @thehardygardener
Yummy 😋 definitely a great choice for these scorching days Phil 😄 I’d take one as well but I’ll have to wait a few weeks for mine to be ready 😄 @philstalder
It’s a beautiful process Jane and each year the number of fruit improves as well so we’ll see how many make it to the finish line this year 😆❤️ @pelly
@lovestogarden I’m sorry about your blossoms Janice but I hope next year is the year for you ❤️😊 it’s a great tree to have and the the fruit always make it worth your while 😋
Thanks Jeff ❤️❤️ these trees are more susceptible to pests than others so I hope we can keep all the fruit healthy this year 😋 @jeatacake
Thanks Alif, they’re fabulous fruit for sure and I love their juice as well 😋 what’s your favourite fruit? @alif

What a pretty flower, or I suppose it's blossom? 🤔
Thank you Jane ❤️ this is right after the petals of the flower fall and it starts looking like a fruit. The bees have been kind enough around this tree and it has a few small fruit now but they still have a long way to go 😋 @pelly
Looks great Rula. I hope you get many tasty fruits. 😍
Thank you Cyndi 🧡❤️ They are great trees and the fruit is amazing 😋 That’s too bad but think of it as the tree telling you, I need to work on getting bigger this year, so my fruit will be better, bigger and tastier 😄 @cyndi
Thank you so much Phil ❤️❤️ I love pomegranates and they are said to be the fruit of kings in history so I’m just happy to have some fresh ones off the tree 😋 @philstalder
Sometimes they surprise you Cyndi 😄 I hope next year it will be a nice surprise 🌸🌸🌸🌸 @cyndi
Amazing flower. It already looks half pomegranate and half flower 👍
Thanks Jeff ❤️🧡 they’re beautiful on the tree and it always looks like it has flowers on it whether it’s blossoms or fruit 😄 @jeatacake
Most peculiar things, but fascinating ❤
All advice on pomegranate very grateful to receive. Am try to grow from seed, in Scotland. Yes it maybe a challenge, but I have some fruits trees of peach, nectarine and kiwi. All in the greenhouse. Any tips or suggestions for soil etc thank you
We have alkaline soil in Jordan (7-9) so that works well for the fruit trees I have here. I’m not much of an expert on the issue of growing trees from seeds, but the ones I’ve tried have done well in the soil directly, even some in soil mixed with sand for good drainage. Sorry I cannot be of more help Aly @thehardygardener

What a glorious colour 😍😍😍
That’s stunning hunni. Love it 🧡❤️🧡❤️
Thank you, Jane It’s a beautiful tree and the fruit in the end is just heavenly ❤️❤️ @pelly
Thanks Lexi 😊❤️ beautiful blooms and delicious fruit, what more to ask for 😄 @lexijane
Absolutely!! I love pomegranate. You’re very lucky to live in a climate that you get to grow some delicious fruits
I’m starting to feel lucky Lexi but I still want the flowers and fruit trees I don’t have 😂😂 @lexijane
🤣🤣🤣 we always want more than we’ve got
I’ve never seen a pomegranate tree before, this is beautiful! ❤️
Thank you Ulrika 💚❤️ It’s a beautiful tree and the results are more flavorful than any store bought 😋 @ulrikagustafsson
Such beautiful flowers with the big bonus of fruit to follow ❤👍
I bet 😍
Almost there .. ❤️❤️ #pomegranate #pomegranate-fruit #red
Wow looks amazing Rula. How do you know when they are ripe? 😊
Thanks Phil ❤️❤️ It’s mostly the colour and I know how big my tree is so that counts too. The season is said to begin in the second week of September and continue for a few months. @philstalder
Oh ok, thanks and good luck on your harvest. 👍
Bravo 👏🏻
Love your progress shots! So fun to see it evolve. What do you do with them, aside from just sitting happily and staining your fingers as you snack?
That's wonderful Rula. Looks really appealing already 👍❤
Thanks Cyndi, Jackie, Adrienne, Alif, Jeff ❤️❤️ Home grown pomegranates are the sweetest things ever, other than eating a few spoonfuls of them I just love adding them to salads Adrienne. They especially go great with rocket lettuce and onions or they could spice up the normal salad 🥗 😋 @cyndi @jmlincoln @greenroomgarden @alif @jeatacake
Definitely cyndi, they’re my mom’s go to drink when in season 😋
I really like the thought of the pomegranate/onion combo. Perfect addition to salad! Thanks, I’ll try it. 😀
My pleasure 😊 I love that combo with my mom’s sumac and olive oil dressing 😋 now I’m hungry 😄 @greenroomgarden
Me too, Alif 😋 There is so much variety in Salads 🥗 Have you ever tried tabbouleh ? It’s absolutely mouthwatering specially with some pomegranates 🤤
