@ktcooki276 this is my delphinium pot, I cut down all the faded flower spikes and old foliage, lots of new leaves are coming through now building up into a few substantial sized plants

It was two blue and one white but the pot is pretty full now, I will repot with fresh compost in the spring when it is coming back into growth and probably split a few off into another pot @ktcooki276
